Test Taking Tips
First, get a full night’s sleep beforehand. You should get 8 hours of sleep so you can do your best and focus. In my experience, sleep deprivation could cloud your mind and fog your memory as you take a test.
Secondly, make sure to study but not too much. Make sure that before you take a test; go over everything you need to, but don’t overdo it. Take breaks! If you don’t, you’ll overstimulate your brain and possibly get information confused.
Thirdly, don’t be afraid to ask questions or for help. If you are stuck on anything, there are plenty of people you can ask for help.
Finally; don’t procrastinate and don’t be afraid to do what needs to be done. If you put things off until the last minute; you may stress more, and you’ll have had less time to prepare and get ready.
